Core
Studio Personal Training provides individual attention with professional,
certified trainers. Our trainers can help you establish your personal
fitness goals, assess your posture, flexibility and movement patterns
and develop a fitness program that could include, but is not limited
to, cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, balance and core training
utilizing the latest techniques available based on the most up-to-date
research and information available. Our personal trainers have over
a decade of personal training experience each, and are adept in Marathon
training, weight loss programs, free weight and strength formats and
core strength programming. Our trainers are available by appointment
only.

Core
Fusion includes, but is not limited to, a combination of Pilates
training, strength training with free weights and weight machines,
medicine balls, resistence tubing and cardiovascular work. Your
Fusion workout is developed to your personal needs and will help
you reach your personal fitness goals. Fusion workouts are by appointment
only and are scheduled at your convenience with one of our certified
Personal Trainers who are also Im=X Pilates Certified. |
