Small Group Classes include a health history assessment and are personalized
to your needs by our certified professionals. Pre-payment is required
to reserve space – 24 hour cancellation required to avoid charging.

- Hybrid Spinning and Hybrid Spinning/Strength Pilates Class:
- With the intensity of using StarTrac Spinner
Pro Bikes and Mad Dogg Spinning formatting and the power of Im=X + STOTT
bed Pilates progressions mixed, this class is designed to increase cardiovascular
capacity while challenging core strength, balance and flexibility. The
Spinning/Strength Pilates Class adds a component of strength training,
using the power of your own body weight in addition to free weights.
Like no other Spinning class you have ever taken! Heart rate monitor
usage recommended. Pricing listed below with Bed Class pricing. Two
private bed sessions required before participation

Wednesdays through May 12:00 - 1:00 pm Strength with

- Essential Mat Pilates, Mat Pilates and Essential/Intermediate Mat
Pilates Ball and Band Class:
- Challenge your flexibility, strength and endurance using your deepest
core muscles. This one hour class may use the Pilates ring, body bars,
stability balls and resistance bands and teaches you the proper mechanics
to strengthen the muscles of your core that lie closest to your spine.
Small groups of up to 8 work at their own pace. No prior experience
required to attend. Your first class is always free! Essential classes
best for beginners who have never done class before, though all classes
are open to all levels.

- Bed Classes:
- Using the Xercizer bed and Pilates ring exclusively, follow a beginner
to intermediate format to strengthen your deepest core muscles, lengthen
all of your muscles and focus on breathing and flexibility in the one
hour class led by a certified Pilates instructor. Two private Xercizer
Bed Sessions required for participation.
